Fireside Chat with Tapir Holdings Ltd.

We were delighted to host Tapir Chairman and Rendeavour Deputy Chairman Lord Ashcroft, alongside Rendeavour Founder and CEO Stephen Jennings for a fireside chat on the development of Rendeavour’s African city platform.

The discussion covered the evolution of Tatu City in Kenya, the opportunity at Alaro City in Nigeria and the growing contribution from utilities across the portfolio.

Stephen shared his perspective on what it takes to build cities at scale in some of Africa’s fastest growing markets, including the importance of infrastructure, secure title and mixed use ecosystems in attracting occupiers and investment.
