Liberum appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to Fair Oaks Income Limited

The Company is a specialist investment company, investing in US and European Collateralised Loan Obligations (“CLOs”) or other vehicles and structures which provide diversified exposure to high-yielding, floating-rate senior-secured loans. The investment objective of the Company is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns, principally through income distributions.

Fair Oaks Capital Limited (“FOCL”) is the Company’s appointed investment manager. FOCL is a specialist corporate credit firm founded by senior investment professionals of GSO/Blackstone and Stone Tower Capital; it has approximately $2.5bn in assets under management.

The Company is listed on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
