We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Nomad and Sole Broker to 1Spatial Plc 1Spatial Plc (“1Spatial” or the “Company”) is a provider of Location Master Data Management (“LMDM”) software, solutions, and business applications for managing location and geospatial data, primarily to the Government, Utilities and Transport sectors.
The core technology validates, rectifies and enhances customers’ geospatial data, and the combination of its software and advisory services reduces the need for costly manual checking and correcting of data.
1Spatial, AIM-listed since 2005, is headquartered in Cambridge, UK, with operations in the UK, Ireland, USA, France, Belgium, Tunisia and Australia.
Liberum has been appointed as the Company’s Nomad and Sole Broker with immediate effect.
