John joined Liberum in 2015 from Market Tech Holdings, where he was responsible for the project management of its successful £750m IPO on AIM.
John began his City career in Corporate Broking at SocGen in 1999, before joining Hoare Govett in 2001. John was part of the senior Hoare Govett team which moved to Jefferies in 2012. He has a strong advisory track record for public markets transactions of all types across various sectors and over the years has advised clients including BBA Aviation, Cable & Wireless Communications, Countrywide, F&C Asset Management, Go-Ahead Group, Imperial Tobacco, Joules, Rolls-Royce, RPS, Speedy Hire, STV Group and UDG Healthcare.
