Liberum acts as Sole Bookrunner on £41 million Secondary Placing in Codemasters
We are pleased to announce that Liberum acted as Sole Bookrunner on a Secondary Placing in Codemasters Group Holdings plc. Reliance Big Entertainment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd sold 19,915,904 ordinary shares, in response to investor demand, representing 14.2% of Codemasters’ issued share capital, at a price of 205 pence per share. The Placing represents a full exit of Reliance’s stake in Codemasters.
The placing was supported by existing and new shareholders, including US based funds. The share price traded at a 6% premium to the placing price in the aftermarket.
Codemasters is an award-winning British video game developer and publisher specialising in high quality racing games, including DiRT, GRID and F1.
