Liberum appointed as Sole Corporate Broker to Aseana Properties Limited

Aseana Properties Limited (‘Aseana’) is a property development company, listed on the Standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Aseana was established to take advantage of property development opportunities in Vietnam and Malaysia.

Aseana has a portfolio of real estate development projects in Vietnam and Malaysia which include apartment blocks, hotels and a hospital complex. Aseana is currently in divestment mode.
